Before and After Body Waxing Tips

Here are some tips to improve your body waxing experience and results:

Before you go:

-Be freshly exfoliated, about 24 hours prior to you wax appointment.

-Do not tweeze or shave in between wax appointments.

-Hair must be the length of a grain of rice but no longer than a half and inch (if it is longer than half an inch we recommend trimming prior to your appointment.)

-No lotions on the day of your wax appointment

-If you are using any retinols, stop using them 7 days prior to your wax appointment.

-No extreme sun exposure prior to your wax appointment.

-If you are very sensitive, taking Ibuprofen 30-45 minutes before may help

After your waxing:

-No exfoliating the freshly waxed area for 2-3 days.

-No extreme hot showers, saunas, hot tubs or baths.

-If being exposed to sun, SPF needs to be applied and reapplied as directed.

-Apply recommended products (such as hydrating products)

-Exfoliate 2-3 times weekly for you to have the best result during your next wax
